    I am very excited to share with other people their experiencies on change inspired by the principles of positive change (appreciative Inquiry). I am expecting to share experiences that enlighten me ways to apply these techniques and theroretical principles of positivity on my work as a leaders trainning and coach in very diverse organizations, mainly private companies.
    I want to enroll as a positive change trainer, adding these new concepts and tools to my work and course as well as in my coaching work. I have trained hundreds of organizational leaders and coached them in their changes.
